InRuwad Association for Community Initiatives and EventsWe believe that the best ideas come from the field: from residents, visitors, volunteers, and those interested in developing the city of Medina.
Through this page, we allow you tosubmit a proposal for a community initiative, event, or programrelated to event production and quality of life in Medina; the associationwill study the idea, develop it, and explore the possibility of adopting and implementing it in partnership with the initiative ownerwhile preserving all intellectual rights.
Conditions for accepting proposed initiatives
To ensure alignment of initiatives with the association's mission and regulations, the following conditions are preferred:
Relevance to the association's specialization
Serving the city of Medina and its community
The initiative should be directed at the residents of Medina or its visitors, and add clear value to the community or one of its segments.
Clarity of the idea and feasibility of implementation
The initiative idea should be clear and applicable.
It should not conflict with laws, regulations, and public values.
Positive impact
The initiative should contribute to:
Enhancing quality of life,
Supporting a targeted group,
Raising awareness,
or empowering youth and volunteers,
or maximizing the impact of one of the sectors (cultural, social, tourism, educational…).
Sustainability or replicability(preferred)
It is preferred that the initiative be implementable periodically or developed into a continuous program.

The rights of the initiative owner are reserved, and the idea will be treated with confidentiality and respect.
In case the initiative is adopted, the following will occur:
The initiative owner will be acknowledged in informational and communication materials (as agreed upon).
They will be involved in the stages of developing and implementing the initiative to the extent possible and in accordance with the association's regulations.
The association will not use any submitted initiative or ideawithout the owner's consentor without involving them in some form of adoption (nominally, practically, or consultatively), taking into account what the regulations allow.
Developing the initiative after it is proposed
The adoption process does not stop at the initial idea; rather, the association works on:
Reviewing the initiative ideafrom the perspective of impact, feasibility, and alignment with the association's programs.
Redesigning the initiative(if needed) to fit:
the available resources,
potential partners,
suitable locations and seasons in the city.
Searching for partners and sponsorsto implement the initiative, if it is scalable.
Including the initiative in the program portfolioafter its approval, and monitoring its results and measuring its impact.
Our goal is for the initiative owner to feel that they area true partner in creating impact, not just the owner of an idea that has been consumed.
I/We, the owner(s) of this initiative, acknowledge that the initiative idea and all related concepts, content, and attached documents areintellectual property solely belonging to me/us, and I take full legal responsibility for the accuracy of what I provide in this form and for any rights or obligations related to the initiative towards any other parties.
