Supporting membership
- For individuals or entities that provide additional financial support to the association beyond the regular membership fees, according to the minimum set by the regulations and the board of directors. The supporting member receives additional benefits in voting and moral support for the association's activities, as stated in the provisions of the supporting membership.
Membership Conditions
The applicant for membership commits to the conditions and standards stipulated in the regulations of non-profit organizations and the association's bylaws, including the following:
Must have full legal capacity and a good reputation and conduct.
Belief in the association's message and goals, and commitment to its regulations and decisions of its general assembly.
No final judgment has been issued for a crime that undermines honor or trust unless rehabilitated.
Payment of annual membership fees according to the membership category.
Filling out the membership application form approved by the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector and attaching the required data and documents.
Member Benefits and Rights
Attendance at general assembly meetings and participation in discussions of reports and plans and their approval, according to the type of membership.
The right to vote on the decisions of the general assembly and the elections of the board of directors for members who meet the conditions.
Receiving basic information about the association's activities and reports periodically. Priority participation in training programs, events, and volunteer opportunities organized by the association.
Contributing to specialized committees or working groups formed by the association in the field of event management.
Member Obligations
Cooperate with the association and its members to achieve its goals and refrain from actions that may cause material or moral harm to it.
Commit to paying the subscription on its due dates; membership rights cannot be exercised in case of payment default.
Commit to the association's regulations and the decisions of its general assembly and board of directors.
