At the Ruwad Association, we believe that adherence to policies and regulations is not just an organizational procedure, but a guarantee of fairness in opportunities, integrity in decisions, and the sustainability of community and partner trust in our work.
The implementation of approved governance, transparency, and resource management policies is the foundation upon which we build every initiative, partnership, or event; there is no real success without a clear framework to refer to.
We in the Board of Directors are keen to review and update policies, and ensure everyone adheres to them, because clarity of roles and procedures reduces errors, increases work efficiency, and facilitates accountability when needed.
